I load up my Amazon cart every once in a while with things I don’t need, and then I don’t buy any of it. It’s guilt-free shopping!
It’s like shopping at Target, but without a cartful of stuff from the dollar spot that you don’t remember putting in.
This week was a pretty rough one at work. So busy. I spent a bit of time on Amazon during my breaks at work, and put random things in my cart. At the end of the week, this is what I had in my cart:
Star Wars Rebel Friends Cookie Cutter Set. I have a set of Star Wars gingerbread cookie cutters I enjoy, but I want something a little more year-round. These have such cute faces and would be great bases for royal icing faces!
Prash from Sun Potion. This is a concoction full of ghee, tonic herbs and extracts (like cordyceps mushrooms and Ashwaganda) that can power up your coffee, your morning toast or just straight up in your mouth. I hear amazing things, but I haven’t pulled the trigger to pick up a jar yet. Maybe for Christmas….
Bakerpan Food Coloring Markers, Fine Tip, Black, Set of 3 (Black). I’ve been moving more into royal icing cookies, and these markets come in handy not only for decorating the iced cookie, but marking where sections need to go on the un-iced cookie as well. (I am cookie obsessed right now.)
Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask. This is one that’s actually been in my cart for about 6 months. I’ve been wanting to try it, but I never have purchased it. Maybe Christmas? (I have a big Christmas list.)
I found a selection of fun things for $2 and under (like the Target Dollar Spot!):
CJESLNA Pastry Tube Cream Icing Piping Tips Nozzle Fondant Cake Decor Tool. I have a lot of pastry tips, but I keep bending the life out of them. If I spent under $2 on each of them, I wouldn’t feel so crappy about bending them. Also, having extras would be handy…and I just mastered those gorgeous frosting roses!
ACE Professional Single Makeup Brush Blush / Powder Sector Makeup Brush Soft Fan Brush and VIASA Makeup Cosmetic Brushes Kabuki Face Blush Brush Powder Foundation Tool. I’m obsessed with makeup brushes right now – I can’t get enough. These are really highly-rated brushes, I have no idea what they do, but I wants them. And they’re INEXPENSIVE!
Cleaning MakeUp Washing Brush Silica Glove Scrubber Board Cosmetic Clean Tools (Pink). With all of the brushes I own, I do a lot of brush cleaning. I usually just swish them around in my hand, but with this cool scrubby thing, I could get them much cleaner, much faster!
CJESLNA New 5 Pair Thick Crisscross Long False Eyelashes Fake Eye Lashes Voluminous Makeup. I love false eyelashes. I’m terrible at applying them, but I love them. They make me feel so fancy, and I try to find places to wear them all the time (that are not me in my pajamas on my couch watching Netflix). And 5 pairs of lashes for less than $2? OK THEN THANK YOU YES PLEASE.
And last, but not least….Kotobuki Plastic Egg Mold, Rabbit and Bear. I am 100000% into the whole bento box thing, and I love the idea of molding eggs or guacamole or rice or whatever I want in these adorable molds.
So I really like to shop. And I like to “Amazon window shop” like this, because I can do it from the comfort of my own home!
